Marti Wolfson is a health-supportive chef and integrative nutritionist. She has been a leader in the culinary nutrition space for over eleven years, as a teacher, consultant, private chef, speaker, and mentor. She bridges whole foods cooking, Functional Nutrition, and mindfulness practices for preventing and healing chronic illness. Marti has a unique ability to inspire clients to discover nutritious and delicious applications in the kitchen.
Mrs. Wolfson has partnered with Dr. Fitz to offer her culinary nutrition consultations as part of a Functional Medicine Package. Her mission working with clients is threefold: to connect with each person, educate, and help shift to a more optimal state of health. She does this through goal assessment, comprehensive nutrition and cooking education, personalized food plans, and practical dietary and lifestyle medicine strategies.
She has taught for the Natural Gourmet Institute, Center for Mind-Body Medicine, Maryland University of Integrative Health, and the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy. She has a chef certificate from the Natural Gourmet Institute and a Masters in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States.
